The Challenge

Small service businesses lose time and cash flow chasing payments. Invoices go out as Word files, payments come back as bank screenshots, and every client wants to pay a different way. Cross-border makes it harder: a US client expects card or PayPal, while a Philippine client expects GCash or Maya. Brayne set out to build one tool that handles the whole cycle from invoice to paid, whatever the payment rail.

The Solution and Key Features

BrayBill turns invoicing into a three-step flow: create, send a link, get notified. Publicly visible features include:
Instant Invoices
With saved clients and line items
One Payment Link Per Invoice
Stripe and PayPal for the US, Canada and Australia; PayMongo (cards, GCash, Maya) for the Philippines; bank transfer with proof of payment everywhere
Client Portal

Recurring Billing
For retainers and subscriptions

With logo, colors and payment details

Wrote clear product copy, pricing explanations, FAQs and blog content aimed at freelancers in four markets.
Programmers
built the Laravel application, the recurring-billing engine, PDF generation and the multi-gateway payment integrations.
QA engineers
tested invoice-to-payment journeys across each gateway, currency and device, including edge cases like partial and overdue payments.
Project managers
sequenced the roadmap from a usable free tier to paid plans and Pro features, and kept scope aligned with market needs.
DevOps
set up secure production hosting, SSL, backups and deployment pipelines for a system that handles payment data.

What Users Say

Before BrayBill, we prepared invoices manually and tracked payments in a spreadsheet. Having everything in one place makes it easier to see what has been paid and which invoices still need a follow-up.
Miguel Santos
Owner, Clearpath Creative Studio
As a freelancer, I want invoicing to be straightforward. BrayBill helps me send professional invoices and include a payment link, so my clients have the details they need without extra back-and-forth.
Angela Marie Reyes
Founder, AM Reyes Virtual Services
We invoice clients for ongoing services, and keeping track of subscriptions used to take more time than it should. BrayBill gives us a clearer view of our billing, making our monthly admin work more manageable.
Daniel James Mitchell
Managing Director, Elmbridge Web Services
What I appreciate most is being able to check our invoices and payment status without digging through emails. BrayBill gives our small team a more organized way to handle billing as the business grows.
