Mobile App Development Cost Calculator

Mobile app cost is driven by platforms, screen count, native capability and whether a custom backend is required.

About 4 minutes · Planning estimate, not a quotation

How the estimate is calculated

The shared cost engine produces a full-app range. That range is then split into planning buckets for mobile build, backend, UI/UX, testing and store deployment. The split is a typical delivery mix, not a timesheet.

Assumptions

Assumes one product, store submission in one region, and a backend that is either existing or scoped as part of this estimate. Device-lab testing is represented as a share of the range.

Limitations

Wearables, offline-first sync at scale, and app-store feature review risk are not fully modelled.

Frequently asked questions

Is cross-platform always cheaper?

Often for one team and two stores, yes. Native work still rises when you need deep platform APIs or very different iOS and Android experiences.
